Amazing views of the Matterhorn from our balcony! However, carrying luggage to the top floor without a lift was challenging.

The location is conveniently close to the main street, making it easy to explore the area. The spa facilities are noteworthy, offering a relaxing experience after a long day of skiing.

Unfortunately, the room maintenance leaves a bit to be desired. the shower pressure wasn't impressive, and there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. Additionally, the lack of basic toiletries like shower gel and shampoo made for a less comfortable experience than expected.

the hotel has a laundry on premise for convenience. thewi-fi can be unreliable at times.

Waking up to the breathtaking Matterhorn view from my balcony was surreal. The cozy, clean room and attentive staff made our stay remarkable.

The Matterhornblick's ideal location offers stunning views and a warm atmosphere. Their staff goes above and beyond in service, creating unforgettable moments.

Friendly staff greeted me upon arrival, and the homemade pizza at dinner was a delightful surprise. However, the owner at check-in was rude and unhelpful, overshadowing an otherwise pleasant experience. The property is well-located, but I encountered issues with low water pressure in the shower, which was frustrating.

Our stay was highlighted by the incredible views of the Matterhorn from our room and balcony. The hotel was conveniently situated, just minutes away from the train station and ski lift access points. The staff were accommodating, helping us with all our requests and providing an enjoyable breakfast with plenty of options each morning. However, I think the breakfast could have included more variety, especially in cooked eggs.

Our stay in the studio apartment was fantastic! Super clean and spacious for two. We had everything we needed to self-cater, which was a plus. The view of the Matterhorn from the balcony was amazing, but our room was on the top floor, so carrying luggage up the stairs was a bit of a workout! Honestly, we loved the comfy vibe and the kitchen amenities made our stay so much easier. Definitely a cozy spot in a great location!

The evening relaxation in the spa was a perfect end to our skiing days, complemented by the friendly staff who remembered our names. Breakfast included delightful local cheeses that really set the tone for the day.
